The EL4172 and EL4174 analog output terminals output 10В V/20В mA standard signals with 16-bit resolution and up to 10,000В values per second – even with distributed clocks if necessary. Each channel can be parameterized individually using the control/TwinCAT and supports all common standard signals in the В±10В V and В±20В mA range, such as 4…20В mA. The current outputs can drive high load resistances and are equipped with 24В V/0В V contacts to supply actuators. With an extended output range of В±107В %, unconventional setpoints can also be output – for error reporting purposes, as an example.
