The EPP2816-0003 EtherCAT P Box module is intended for processing digital/binary signals. It connects the binary control signals of the automation device to the actuators at process level. The outputs each process an output current of up to 0.5 A. Short-term overload may occur. The outputs are short-circuit proof. An output short circuit is detected and forwarded to the control level. The total current of all outputs is limited to 3 A.
