The EPP2038-0001 EtherCATВ P Box is designed for processing digital/binary signals. It connects the binary control signals from the automation device on to the actuators at the process level. The outputs can handle output currents up to 2.0В A max. Short-term overload is acceptable. The outputs are short-circuit proof. The sum current of all outputs is limited to 3В A.

The EPP2318-0001 EtherCATВ P Box combines four digital inputs (four M8 sockets at the top) and four digital outputs (four M8 sockets at the bottom) on one device. The inputs have a 10В Вµs filter. The outputs handle load currents of up to 0.5В A, are short-circuit proof and protected against inverse polarity. The signal state is displayed by LEDs, the signals are connected via screwable M8 connectors. The connected sensors are supplied via an internal, short-circuit proof driver block with a total of 0.5В A for all sensors.

The EPP2334-0061 EtherCATВ P Box has eight digital channels, which can each be operated as an input or output. It is not necessary to configure whether a channel (pin 4 of the M8) is to be used as input or output. The input circuitry is internally hard-wired to the output driver so that once an output is set it is automatically also displayed in the input process image. The inputs have a 10В Вµs filter. The outputs process load currents up to 0.5В A, are short-circuit proof and protected against inverse polarity. The sum current of all outputs is limited to 3В A. The connected sensors are supplied via an internal, short-circuit proof driver block with a total of 0.5В A for all sensors. The inputs and outputs are supplied via UP.
