The Amplifier Research 500U1000 is a solid-state, selfcontained, air-cooled, broadband amplifier designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and linearity are required. Available in a stylish, contemporary cabinet for benchtop use or with cabinet removed for rack mounting. The Amplifier Research 500U1000, when used with a sweep generator, will provide a nominal 500 watts of RF power. Included is a front panel gain control which permits the operator to conveniently set the desired output level.
