SCS55 Machining Unit

SCS55 machining unit is designed for auto tool changing with a pneumatic clamping and unclamping cylinder and assembled with SKF or NSK bearings, the accuracy is guaranteed under 0.003mm. Its maximum capacity RPM 6000 is suitable to mount on a CNC servo slide for your machining applications.

• Standard 3-phase AC motor 2.2kW is included, optional maximum power up to 3.7kW.
• Belt driven at fixed speed and incorporate a timing or Poly-V belt.
• Spindle taper BT40.
• Available for servo driven at variable speeds.
• AC Induction Motor protection IP 54.
• Gear motor is available upon request.
• Center through coolant is optional.
