The FTIR spectrophotometer is a new cube-corner type Michelson interferometer which is compact with high stability and less sensitivity to vibrations and thermal variations than conventional Michelson interferometers. It is fully sealed for damp and dust-proof operation with built-in desiccant, viewable observation window, accuracy and reliability.
