Rack and Pinion Presses

Rack and pinion presses are used when the force of the press is required over the entire stroke. The direct transmission from hand to pressing force enables sensitive working.

mäder APZ type rack + pinion presses are available with two capacities: 1,5 kN and 2,5 kN. They have especially been designed for serial or individual manufacture in manual workstations.

mäder rack + pinion presses can be upgraded with various extras which enhance the functionality of the press. The round ram of mäder presses is characterized by high sturdiness, ground surface and precise ram bore. Tools can be fixed securely in the ram bore by means of a fixation screw.

The manual force of 120 N to be applied is user-friendly. As many applications require less force, fatigue-free working is possible even with serial production.

The ERGOPRESS® hand lever is 360° stepless adjustable and angled to the side: free view of work area and ergonomically comfortable position.
