The M-562F-TILT Metric Tilt Platform provides two-axis (YZ) angular alignment of the fiber with minimal translation. The tilt platform mounts on top of an XYZ stage for five degrees of freedom. It offers +2/-1.5° Y, +10/-7° Z angular range. Fiber and device holders mount to a rail on top of the tip/tilt platform. The M-562F-TILT stage utilizes precision 100 TPI adjustment screws and is a right-hand configuration.
