Mitutoyo PJ-H30 Series High Accuracy Profile Projector
The Mitutoyo PJ-H30 is the high-end model of the PJ series that realizes the ultimate in bright, sharp projected images. The high-rigidity main unit is equipped with a linear scale for realizing high-accuracy measurements. The lineup of 8 models, is derived from combinations of 4 stage types (100mm x 100mm / 4in x 4in to 300mm x 170mm / 12in x 6.8in) and manual focusing/motor-driven focusing models. Adopts a quick-release handle that allows you to switch feed between fine and coarse remotely. Realizes smooth measurements, together with a turret structure, for easy lens changing.
The profile projector must maintain a high level of performance, not only in terms of optical performance but also comprehensive measurement accuracy. The PJ-H30 Series, which performs not only contour observation and comparative inspection but also two-dimensional measurement with high accuracy, has achieved measurement accuracy of (3 + 0.02L)µm. This is compliant with JIS B 7184 standard for the X-Y axis.
Surface illumination is provided by a swiveling lighting unit that can direct light onto the side window in a projection lens for reflection vertically downwards through the lens itself, or that can illuminate the surface directly with the changeable angle of illumination emitter as standard. This illumination system is useful to increase the color reproducibility of a workpiece and perform three-dimensional observation.
Mitutoyo PJ-H30 Series High Accuracy Profile Projector
- The screen head moves up and down with the hand wheel or motorized unit for focusing
- The X- and Y-axe strokes are extended to ensure maximum stage travel of 300x170mm for larger pieces
- The table features a swivel mechanism to conveniently align a workpiece
- A newly designed optical system with high NA lenses provides greater optical resolution and brighter, clearer screen images during surface illumination
- The standard three-lens mounting turret includes a 10X lens
- Four types of projection lenses are available: 5X, 20X, 50X and 100X
- 2D measurement processing is available through the use of the QM data
