The FS2337 basic memory bus analysis probe provides complete protocol decode including reads and writes. Its passive design supports 4 GHz timing analysis. An interposer style probe, the FS2337 plugs into the DDR2 SO-DIMM connector without consuming the slot. The FS2337 supports a 200/266 MHz clock (400/533 MT/s data rate), 64-bit, un-buffered Synchronous 200-pin DDR SDRAM SO-DIMM.
