Keysight Infiniium EXR-Series oscilloscopes can be upgraded after purchase to a higher bandwidth up to 6 GHz. You can upgrade from your present model’s bandwidth to a higher bandwidth at any time with the following part numbers (based on whether it’s a 4-channel or 8-channel model):
