The Keysight 10450A SMT (surface mount technology) Kit is designed for use with the Keysight 10400 family of miniature probes when you are probing SMT printed circuit boards. The kit contains enough parts for two probes. If you are using more probes, you can order additional kits by contacting your Keysight Sales Office.

This kit is intended for use with voltages up to 40 V (dc + ac peak).

  • Probe SMT to 50 mil spacing
  • Compatible with 10400 family of miniature probes
