Состояние сигнала отображается с помощью светодиодов, а подключение сигнала осуществляется через винтовые разъемы M12. Обнаружение обрыва провода может быть активировано или деактивировано для каждого канала. Фильтры входного сигнала настраиваются индивидуально. Каждое гнездо M12 имеет независимый источник питания датчика 24 В постоянного тока / 0,5 А с защитой от короткого замыкания с Us для двух подключенных датчиков. Это контролируется, и любая ошибка передается обратно в ПЛК с помощью диагностики. Происходит обнаружение пониженного напряжения входного напряжения, связанного с модулем. Благодаря регулируемому входному фильтру и обширной логике питания и диагностики EPP1839-0022 особенно подходит для приложений, в которых требуется высокая доступность системы, а значит, быстрое устранение неисправностей и ремонт.
