The W6013E PathWave MBP HV/LDMOS Extraction Package includes:

• HiSIM_HV internal SPICE simulation, optimization, and extraction flow
  
  
• Level 66 parameter extraction based on MBP environment with external HSPICE simulator
  
  

For high-voltage applications, the W6013E includes the HiSIM_HV model simulation and extraction package and Level 66 parameter extraction based on the MBP core environment.
