Nikon OptiStation III Macro Inspection Module
This is a macro defect examination module from a Nikon Optistation 3 wafer inspection station. The module includes a vacuum holder that is capable of tilting and rotating the wafer under a light source for identification of larger particles. The examination module includes all of the mechanical elements and any circuit boards that were originally attached, including wiring harnesses. All electrical cables are intact and include the appropriate connectors. The vacuum lines have been removed but all the components are still present.
