50 mL Reconstitution Agent M in screw cap bottle. The Reconstitution Agent M is an ideal buffer for dissolving and diluting alginate and other charge-bearing polysaccharides. Having physiological pH and isotonicity, the buffer is suitable for bioink formulation purposes and cell culture applications.

Cell Collect G is an enzymatic lysis reagent that digests gelatin and collagen in CELLINK bioinks. Degradation of the 3D scaffold releases the cells from the 3D structure and allows their isolation to obtain a cell pellet that can be use in downstream applications. Cell Collect G reagent can be used alone or in combination with Cell Collect A to degrade most of CELLINK´s bioinks, the chosen protocol depends on the components of the bioinks and the crosslinking method used (photo-, ionic-, or dual crosslinking).
