B2985A Electrometer / High Resistance Meter, 0.01 fA

The B2985A electrometer / high resistance meter measures small currents with 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10-15 A) resolution and resistances up to 10 PΩ (10 x 1015 Ω). It has a 4.3” color LCD display with a graphical user interface that provides trend chart and histogram data for analyses. The intuitive front-panel captures transient behavior so you can perform quick statistical analyses without a PC. The optional Keysight setup integrity checker software enables you to isolate external noise sources to compare the noise levels of different cabling and fixturing arrangements.
