16043A 3-Terminal SMD Test Fixture

The 16043A/B enable 3-Terminal resonator SMD to be measured by using the guarding technique. Having a 4-Terminal Pair configuration ensures high precision and repeatability. The 16043A/B accommodates a wide range of SMD sizes by providing 3 different contact boards. The 16043A is equipped with a sliding mechanism to enable the measurement of load capacitors in the 3-Terminal resonator.
