0,00 ₽The EPP3174-0002 EtherCATВ P Box has four analog inputs which can be individually parameterized, so that they process signals either in the -10…+10В V or the 0/4…20В mA range. The voltage or input current is digitized with a resolution of 16В bits, and is transmitted (electrically isolated) to the higher-level automation device. The four input channels have differential inputs and possess a common, internal ground potential. The input filter and therefore the conversion times are configurable in a wide range. If required, the inputs can be scaled differently, and automatic limit monitoring is also available. EtherCAT is used for parameterization purposes. The parameters are stored in the module.

Linearization over the full temperature range is realized with the aid of a microprocessor. The temperature range can be selected freely. The error LEDs indicate a broken wire. Compensation for the cold junction is made through a temperature measurement in the connecting plugs. This means that standard extension leads can be connected. The EPP3314-0002 can also be used for mV measurement.

The ratio of the UD bridge voltage to the UREF supply voltage is determined with high precision in the input circuit, and the final load value is calculated as the process value based on the settings in the EPP3356-0022. With automatic self-calibration (which can be deactivated), dynamic filters, distributed clocks support, and a sampling rate of up to 100 Вµs, the EPP3356-0022 is particularly suitable for fast and precise acquisition of torque or vibration sensors.

0,00 ₽The EPP3632-0001 EtherCAT P Box is a 2-channel oversampling interface for up to two IEPE sensors with 2-wire connection. The current of the integrated constant current source can be set to 2, 4 or 8В mA separately for each channel depending on the sensor and cable length. The input signal is sampled according to the oversampling principle with up to 50В ksamples per second per channel. The measured values can be correlated to other parts of the system through distributed clocks. Except for filtering, the EPP3632-0001 does not pre-process the vibration amplitude values. This is done by the retrieving controller. The interface can be adapted to application-specific requirements by means of adjustable filters and supply currents. The TwinCAT 3 Condition Monitoring library offers extensive algorithms for signal evaluation in the controller, enabling full utilization of the performance and flexibility benefits of the PC platform.

0,00 ₽The ERP3504-0022 EtherCAT P Box module was developed for evaluating measuring bridges in full, half, and quarter bridge configuration outside the control cabinet. It also supports the potentiometer, Pt1000 (RTD), and В±10 V measuring ranges. Like the EPP3504-0023, it is derived from the ELM3504 EtherCAT Terminal and also features a sampling rate of 10,000 sps, internal switchable supplementary resistors, and an integrated, parameterizable bridge supply. It even features the same technological features as the ELM3x0x Terminals, meaning all parameters can be set via EtherCAT using the CoE directory.
